The Full Story

Every entity dreams of working in a great company that creates amazing things, fosters a great community, and has an awesome culture. This dream became the foundation for Motivech. After gathering enormous amounts of complaints, suggestions, needs, and wants from corporate professionals in Kuala Lumpur, Kamilla Sayfutdinova crafted a corporate concept with tailor-made policies and a sustainable revenue generation model. She established a culture of shared economic power with a holacracy structure, allowing every individual to enjoy not only great leadership, amazing games, and outfits but also continuous education about the latest technological trends, cultures, traditions, and philosophies of different thinkers.

The project was launched in 2020 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, by founders Charles and Camilla. The name of the company was founded at the Calvary Convention Center to express a divine message deliverable through the union of multiple religions under one roof, aiming to create a super sustainable community that acts in each other's interests and coexists in peaceful harmony.

The backbone of the company is set in financial technologies and asset management, focusing on managing state assets and reinvesting investors' funds into integrable smart city products. Motivech developed the "Path" circular economy program, where users can enjoy gamification in their entrepreneurship journey with "Always Win" presets, designed for a hustle-free lifetime on Earth.

"Project M," focusing on fintech infrastructure development with segregated data centers and centralized asset management systems, was designed for sophisticated users who love solving economic puzzles and prefer challenging assignments. Corporate policies were crafted with attention to the smallest details, such as the quality of sandwiches available for employees in corporate towers and the use of colors representing the Buddhist approach to reincarnation, reminding employees that life can always restart the next day.

From its inception, Motivech emphasized diversity, with multiple races and religions working together, led by a compassionate female leader whose philosophy is "Enjoyment of Life and Being." The "Dream Boss" image of the CEO was tailored for the comfort of all employees, with leadership promising to "never criticize the process of your teams" and signing a "No Toxicity Policy" within the corporation.

The best suppliers were selected to work on the corporation's brand, image, and activities. A powerful financial vehicle was tested against unethical interactions, with violators of the Code of Ethics facing strict disciplinary measures.

Currently, this corporate concept is being duplicated in 35 locations across Asia and continues to collaborate with major brands in Asia and Europe.
